The 1,997 m² space has a hall height of 10.5 m over 1,821 m² and 3.5 m over 176 m². It is equipped with four gas heaters and a gas detection system. The floor can withstand 60 kN/m² and the LED lighting ensures energy efficiency. Polystyrene roof insulation guarantees thermal comfort. The equipment includes four loading docks (three with a ramp and one at level '0'). The warehouse offers both floor and high-bay storage options.

The mezzanine on the first floor covers 212 m² and the mezzanine on the second floor covers 180 m². These areas have a height of 3.40 m and a maximum load capacity of 350 kg/m².
