We offer international transport to virtually all countries in the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. We can assist with customs clearance and ensure full compliance with international law.
A professional road transport quote depends on factors such as the route and its distance, the number of loading and unloading points, the weight and volume of the goods to be transported, the time and date of loading and unloading, fuel prices and toll rates, as well as the type of vehicle and the number of drivers required to handle the order. In the case of individual enquiries from day to day, prices may fluctuate due to the popularity of the route and the possibility of organising further transport orders for the vehicle used.
In order to promote an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual trust, we have established the principle of presenting documents that prove the existence and reputation of MEXEM as a reliable business partner at the request of our contracting parties. Therefore, on the assumption of an equal business relationship, we have adopted the practice of familiarising ourselves with your registration and financial documents before executing the first order. As a result, after a positive verification, we can offer you a credited payment term (by bank transfer) adapted to the scale and nature of the planned cooperation. For regular customers, we offer the possibility of negotiating payment terms.
Our MEXEM vehicles are connected to central location tracking systems via GPS. We are happy to enable personal tracking of your cargo upon your request.
All services provided by our company are covered by carrier liability insurance with an equivalent of up to €500,000, providing customers with complete peace of mind that their cargo is perfectly safe thanks to constant GPS monitoring. At your request, we can also insure your freight with a Cargo policy. We transport high-value goods using a special procedure, e.g. rigid semi-trailers with additional anti-theft protection, and our vehicles make stops at selected guarded car parks.
For express orders, we recommend the use of double-manned drivers, whose working, driving and disposition times can total up to 21 hours before the mandatory daily rest period. For permanent contracts, in order to minimise the time required for loading and unloading, we use a semi-trailer exchange system. In addition, we offer our customers dedicated means of transport whose working hours are adapted to their individual needs.
