In order to foster an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual trust, we have established the principle of presenting documents attesting to the existence and reputation of MEXEM as a reliable business partner at the request of our contracting parties. Hence, on the assumption of an equal business relationship, we have adopted the custom of familiarising ourselves with your registration and financial documents before executing the first order. This enables us to offer you a credited payment term, tailored to the scale and nature of the planned cooperation.
For MEXEM clients, we have also created the possibility to send a transport order via the Internet. The order form can be filled in on-line, or a sample can be downloaded and sent to the MEXEM office by e-mail.
Online Logistics Platform
Companies that have chosen to contract with us for regular transport services also have access to our order placement system, which we have named the Internet Logistics Platform. This system has been developed to streamline the order placement process for our services, enabling customers to track their orders from placement to delivery.
At the request of our customers, we have developed a GPS satellite navigation system that allows customers to track their shipments. Should you be interested in using the system, your MEXEM account manager will be happy to provide you with more information on the GPS service.
